Mask cover has 3 layers, the front cotton/polyester fabric with sublimation image, the back cotton fabric. Middle layer is a sewn in filter. The elastic has stoppers so that you are able to adjust the size. 

The face masks I make are handmade. Wash your face mask after every use.
