Welcome to Skippity Cakes! Established in 2014 and based in Houston, Texas, we take pride in creating delicious cakes and pastries. With my recent graduation from the Culinary Institute LeNotre in December 2023, we are thrilled to present a variety of new flavors! I also have non-perishable items for online shopping. Fillings: Cream cheese Buttercream. Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry or Raspberry Buttercream. Bavarian cream, Pastry Cream, Vanilla Mousse, Honey Mousse, Chocolate Mousse, Strawberry Mousse, Passion Fruit Mousse, Mango Mousse.
Fruit Fillings: Pineapple, Lemon Curd, Strawberries, Peaches, Pineapples, Blueberries.
Frosting : Italian Meringue, Swiss Meringue, Vanilla Buttercream, Chocolate Buttercream, Lemon Buttercream, Peppermint Horchata Creme liquor frosting, Chocolate Whipped Ganache.
As a Pastry Chef I can also make suggestions when you order a cake for example, a chocolate cake can be made with expresso to give it a unique flavor, the filling can be a light and delicious chocolate mousse. covered in chocolate custard buttercream, you'll love it, like so many of my customers love it.
